Welcome to JF Services Cleaning. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, jfservicescleaning.com (the "Site"), and the cleaning services we provide. Please read them carefully. By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or engaging JF Services Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
Services
JF Services Cleaning provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and office cleaning services in the Boston, MA area, serving clients within approximately 30 miles of Boston. Every job is different, so estimates are personalized to your home or office and provided free of charge, with no obligation.
Estimates & Scheduling
Estimates are prepared based on the information you provide about your property, such as its size, condition, and the type of service requested. The final scope of work is confirmed with you before service begins. If conditions on site differ significantly from what was described, we will discuss any adjustments with you before proceeding.
We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments. In rare cases, such as severe weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may need to reschedule a visit, and we will notify you as early as possible to arrange a new time that works for you.
Payments
We accept payment by Zelle, cash, check, and credit card. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, payment is due upon completion of the service. Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to reasonable additional handling costs.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Timely notice allows us to offer the time slot to another client and keep our schedule fair for everyone. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to hold recurring time slots for you.
Satisfaction & Claims
Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything about your cleaning does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we'll make it right. Concerns raised after 24 hours are harder to verify, but we will always do our best to find a fair solution.
Client Responsibilities
To help us serve you safely and efficiently, we ask that you:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, codes, or someone present, as agreed);
- Secure cash, jewelry, and other valuables before our arrival;
- Secure pets that may be anxious around visitors or interfere with the cleaning; and
- Let us know in advance about any fragile items, special surfaces, or areas that require particular care or should not be touched.
Limitation of Liability
We treat every home and office with great care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, JF Services Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special handling. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to JF Services Cleaning and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state courts located in Massachusetts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
